Any Portuguese or luso-descendent individual who is pursuing or has pursued a graduate or post-graduate degree, or is working in the field of economics/entrepreneurship, engineering or arts in North America can register as member of PAPS.

Becoming a member will entitle him to join the PAPS activities and receive news and job announcements that are regularly posted.
