Any Portuguese or luso-descendent individual who is pursuing or has pursued a post-graduate degree or is a researcher in an academic institution, or holds a faculty position in North America can register as member of PAPS.

Becoming a member will entitle him to join the PAPS activities and receive news and job announcements that are regularly posted.
