The Luso-American Development Foundation is a private, financially independent Portuguese institution. Its main goal is to contribute towards Portugal's development by providing financial and strategic support for innovative projects by fostering cooperation between Portuguese and American civil society.

 

Ciência Viva

Ciência Viva is a private non-profit Portuguese association with public funding, having research laboratories as members. It supports science education projects and organizes placements for secondary students in research laboratories. It also organizes public campaigns to promote science and technology and has set up a network of interactive science centres (the Ciência Viva Centers).

EURAXESS Links USA

EURAXESS Links is a networking tool for European researchers in the US. It provides information about European research policy, as well as opportunities for research funding, international collaboration and trans-national mobility. This multi-disciplinary network includes members at all stages of their careers. It allows them to connect with each other and with Europe – ensuring that they are recognized as an important resource for European research, whether they remain in the U.S. or return to Europe.
